Our house is family friendly and capable to accommodate party event. -Individual room rental is available too. This is a corner lot double storey terrace house: Facilities on ground floor: - 1 bath room with water heater - Living hall with a sofa set 3+2 and a TV + DVD player - Karaoke set (bring own vcd/Dvd) - 1 swing chair - Dining hall - Kitchen (Kettle, and electric stove for light cooking and cutleries are provided) - Garden - 4th room comes with 2 single-bed (air-con) - ample free parking space - barbecue set (upon request, * add on RM100) Facilities on upper floor: - 1 master bed room with 2 king-sized bed & 1 queen-sized bed with attached bathroom (air-con) - 2nd bed-room come with 2 queen-sized bed & 2 single-bed with attached bath room (air-con) - 3rd room come with 2 queen-sized bed (air-con) Flexible check in time can possibly be arranged upon request and provided that the house is ready, guest need to inform us while making booking. House Rules * No pets allowed * No smoking allowed indoor. please smoke outside. * No heavy cooking allowed * Maximum 20 guests only* Rates are on per house basic, with strict limitation of maximum guests. * Although we provide Karaoke set, loud music after 1030pm is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other or neighbors.

Kah Xin had his birthday's party in the home stay with his friends and classmates.
From the photo they send to me, I believe that they have their great time there.
The room was well decorate with romantic purple and pink baloons. This is all prepared by his classmates and friends to surprise him....

A group of youthful youngster have their gathering in the house.
Tan is the group lead who book the house with me n i believe
that they have their great time in the house.

when i collect the house next day, they even wash up all the kitchen stuff, so that it make it lots easier for me.

Hello, everybody, i 'm back!

An awesome October for me.....an early birthday surprise from my MR.COW!
A family trip to Bangkok and the surprise is he booked the airfare himself, he booked the hotel himself and he arrange the trip HIMSELF!!!!!
really appreciate that he always put my words in his heart. after so many years and he still never change..
