Our house is family friendly and capable to accommodate party event. -Individual room rental is available too. This is a corner lot double storey terrace house: Facilities on ground floor: - 1 bath room with water heater - Living hall with a sofa set 3+2 and a TV + DVD player - Karaoke set (bring own vcd/Dvd) - 1 swing chair - Dining hall - Kitchen (Kettle, and electric stove for light cooking and cutleries are provided) - Garden - 4th room comes with 2 single-bed (air-con) - ample free parking space - barbecue set (upon request, * add on RM100) Facilities on upper floor: - 1 master bed room with 2 king-sized bed & 1 queen-sized bed with attached bathroom (air-con) - 2nd bed-room come with 2 queen-sized bed & 2 single-bed with attached bath room (air-con) - 3rd room come with 2 queen-sized bed (air-con) Flexible check in time can possibly be arranged upon request and provided that the house is ready, guest need to inform us while making booking. House Rules * No pets allowed * No smoking allowed indoor. please smoke outside. * No heavy cooking allowed * Maximum 20 guests only* Rates are on per house basic, with strict limitation of maximum guests. * Although we provide Karaoke set, loud music after 1030pm is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other or neighbors.

A 21st birthday is a very special birthday, because it is the legal age to drink.
Many young adults around the country throw wild parties and dance the night away with their friends. If there was ever a time to go competently of the charts, then a 21st birthday is it.
Of course, it is also a wonderful birthday to spend with family celebrating in style.
If a loved one, a friend or a relative is getting ready to turn the big 2-1......Our house is READY!!!!

Well, Yi Ling had combined two together....a very warmed night with families and friends which full of fun n joy.
Thanks for staying with us too.....and glad that u r u r happy with the home.

Yea!!! you are not mistaken !! 3D Art Gallery is now in PD town!!
It is located in Bandar Dataran Segar, although is not a really BIG one, but at least, something new is here!!! Bravo......cant wait for the opening, then we can pay for a visit!!
