-is strategically located at Port Dickson town area, which is only 5 minutes drive (15 minutes walk) to the P.D. main town.
-Our house is family friendly and capable to accommodate party event.
-Individual room rental is available too.
This is a corner lot double storey terrace house:

Facilities on ground floor:
- 1 bath room with water heater
- Living hall with a sofa set 3+2 and a TV + DVD player
- Karaoke set (bring own vcd/Dvd)
- 1 swing chair
- Dining hall
- Kitchen (Kettle, and electric stove for light cooking and cutleries are provided)
- Garden
- 4th room comes with 2 single-bed (air-con)
- ample free parking space
- barbecue set (upon request, * add on RM100)

Facilities on upper floor:
- 1 master bed room with 2 king-sized bed & 1 queen-sized bed with attached bathroom (air-con)
- 2nd bed-room come with 2 queen-sized bed & 2 single-bed with attached bath room (air-con)
- 3rd room come with 2 queen-sized bed (air-con)

Flexible check in time can possibly be arranged upon request and provided that the house is ready, guest need to inform us while making booking.

House Rules

* No pets allowed
* No smoking allowed indoor. please smoke outside.
* No heavy cooking allowed
* Maximum 20 guests only*
Rates are on per house basic, with strict limitation of maximum guests.
* Although we provide Karaoke set, loud music after 1030pm is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other or neighbors.
